NorthEast Aviation Technologies, Inc. (formerly known as NorthEast Avionics, Inc.) was founded on a basic love for aviation with a commitment to responsiveness and attention to detail. We work relentlessly to understand your needs and customize solutions to fit those requirements. We’re going to do it right, the first time, every time.
We will guide you through each step of your project including evaluation, concept, design, installation, flight test and certification. Your project will be executed by one of the most experienced teams in the business. Our staff includes ten avionics and structural technicians who posses over 132 years of aviation experience between them, as well as a veteran administrative and management team. We are a certificated FAA Repair Station, #N63R013B, a Trakka Beam Service Center, and your source for a host of today’s leading Avionics Manufacturers. We provide state-of-the-art laser wire marking, AutoCAD documentation of your project, and access to a premiere network of D.A.R.’s as well as structural and electrical D.E.R.’s to provide you the most efficient and accurate certifications, reducing downtime to your aircraft.
We are housed in a beautiful 14,000 square foot hangar at Rostraver Airport (KFWQ), Westmoreland County, complete with passenger lounge and flight planning services. Located within our facility are NEA’s Sales, Accounting, and Administrative offices as well as our Wire Harness Assembly Room, Structures Shop and Avionics Bench Test Room. Rostraver Airport welcomes you with a 4000’ paved runway, aircraft tie-downs, fuel services to include 100LL and Jet A, and a delightful restaurant & pub known as the Eagles Landing, open six days a week. Rostraver Airport is only about a 30 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.
